1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the individual entrepreneur operating under the brand Ssani(the "Seller") and the customer (the "Buyer") when purchasing products via the online store www.ssani.com.

3. Offered Products
The Seller offers sweat suits (tracksuits). Due to the pre-sale model, delivery times may vary and are specified for each product individually.
4. Order Confirmation
An order becomes binding once the payment is successfully received by the Seller. A sales contract is considered concluded once the order is confirmed by email.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is available to various countries as selected by the Buyer during checkout.
Shipping costs and any customs duties are paid by the Buyer.
7. Returns
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returns are made at the Buyer’s own expense.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
8. Complaints
All goods come with a statutory warranty. In case of defects, the Buyer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Complaints can be submitted via info@ssani.com.
9. Governing Law
